The Museum of Moving Image was really illuminating and fun. I loved how the museum started with the very first types of “video,” like flip books, and then went on to more complex ideas, like overdubbing audio. I also learned a lot that I had not know before, like how there much be a “period of rest” for your eyes between images or else we don’t see the “moving image.” I also thought it was great that the museum was so hands on because it really got me to understand the concepts of video more clearly.
